4. Deletion Process and Timeline

4.1 Verification Process

To protect your privacy and prevent unauthorized deletions, we may require:

4.2 Processing Timeline

  • Immediate: Account deactivation and login prevention
  • Within 7 days: Removal from active systems and user-facing content
  • Within 30 days: Complete deletion from primary databases

Once the deletion process is complete, we will send you a confirmation email to verify that your data has been successfully removed from our systems.

5. Impact of Data Deletion

Please be aware that deleting your data will result in:

  • Permanent loss of access to your account
  • Removal of all property listings and content
  • Loss of transaction history and records
  • Cancellation of active subscriptions and services
  • Inability to recover deleted information
Important: This action is irreversible. Please ensure you have exported any important data before requesting deletion.
